废轮胎胎侧胶粉的热解反应特性及动力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用热综合分析仪研究废轮胎胎侧胶粉在不同升温速率下的热解反应特性,建立并求解热解动力学方程。结果表明:废轮胎胎侧胶粉的热解温度区间集中在300~500℃;热解过程主要有天然橡胶和合成橡胶分解2个阶段;随着升温速率的增大,热解反应逐渐发生延迟,热解过程的总质量损失略有减小;用一级反应模型描述废轮胎胎侧胶粉的热解历程,在升温速率分别为10,20,30,40和50℃·min^(-1)时,反应活化能分别为71.998,69.067,80.779和75.011和82.676 k J·mol^(-1),线性拟合的相关系数均超过0.99。 In this study,the pyrolysis reaction characteristics of the waste tire sidewall rubber powder under different heating rates were investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer,and the kinetics equation was established. The results showed that,the pyrolysis occurred mainly in the temperature range from 300 ℃ to 500 ℃. The pyrolysis process showed 2 stages which were the decomposition of natural rubber and synthetic rubber,respectively. With the increase of heating rate,pyrolysis reaction was gradually delayed and the total weight loss during pyrolysis decreased slightly. The pyrolysis mechanism of the tire sidewall rubber powder was described by using first-order reaction model. It was found that when the heating rates were 10,20,30,40 and 50 ℃·min-1,the activation energies were 71. 998,69. 067,80. 779,75. 011 and 82. 676 k J·mol-1,respectively,and good linear fitting was obtained with a correlation coefficient more than 0. 99.
