摘要
通过对钢锭凝固过程的数值模拟,确定二次缩孔缺陷的大小和位置分布,根据此结果建模,模拟用FM法和KD法对钢锭进行直接拔长,结果表明两种方法都能有效地压合凝固过程中钢锭内部形成的二次缩孔类缺陷。
Numerical simulation was carried out on the solidification of ingots in order to determine the size and position of secondary shrinkage defects in ingots. Based on the simulation result, a mathematical model was established to analyze the direct ingot drawing by the means of FM and KD techniques respectively. The result reveals that both techniques can press down and eliminate the secondary shrinkage defects that are formed during the solidification of ingots.
