摘要
介绍了三相异步电动机用直流圆盘式电磁制动器的工作原理和间隙调整方法,提出了制动器使用过程中应注意的问题,并对存在的故障隐患进行了分析,提出了解决方案。
Operational principle and gap-regulation method of the DC disc-type electromagnetic brake for three-phase asynchronous motors were introduced. Prob- lems for attention during application of the brake were put forward while the existed potential failure was analyzed, providing the solution scheme.
