计算机应用型本科人才培养模式探究 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国高校计算机科学与技术专业本科人才培养现状,"一方面每年有大量的计算机本科毕业生找不到合适的工作,另一方面企业难以找到合适的计算机人才"这一局面,根据市场需求调整人才培养方案,提出"1.5+2+0.5"三阶段一分流的人才培养模式。第一阶段是学生入学后开展一年半基础教学,进行基础能力培养;第二阶段学生可以根据自身情况从"java程序员方向"、".NET程序员方向"、"网络技术"三个方向中选一作为自己为期两年的专业主攻方向,实现分流教学,进行专业能力的培养,特别是工程化综合应用能力的培养;第三阶段进行为期半年的专业顶岗实习,完成学校到企业的无缝对接。 On the one hand, a large number of computer graduates can not find a suitable job every year, on the other hand, it is difficult for enterprise to find the right computer professionals. In view of this situation of undergraduate talents' training in Computer Science and Technology Specialty in our country, according to market demand to adjust the training program, the "1.5+2+0.5" three phase of a diversion of talent training mode is put forward. In the first stage basic education is carried out to train basic ability for a year and a half. In the second stage, according to their own situation, students can choose one direction from the "Java programmers", ".NET programmers", "network technology" as their own main direction for a period of two years of professional, to achieve separation of teaching, the cultivation of professional ability, especially the cultivation of engineering comprehensive application ability. The third stage is a half year internship professional post, completing the school to seamless enterprise.
