摘要
以芍药花为材料,辅助超声波技术提取多酚研究,结合单因素和正交试验,确定芍药花多酚提取的最佳工艺组合为料液比1∶50(g/mL),乙醇浓度40%,超声10 min,提取温度为40℃。用FRAP、DPPH和ABTS三种方法测定芍药花多酚的抗氧化能力并用Folin-Ciocalteu法测定其总酚含量。结果表明芍药花多酚在抗氧化能力和总酚含量方面是很好的抗氧化剂来源。
This paper reports the use of single-factor and orthogonal array design methods to optimize the inte-grated ultrasonic assisted extraction of phenolic contents in the flower of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. The optimal technological conditions for extracting phenolic contents in the flower of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent was 1:50 (g/mL), ethanol concentration was 40%, extraction time was 10 min, and extraction temperature was 40℃. FRAP, DPPH and ABTS methods were used to determine the antioxidant activities of phenolic contents in the flower of Paeonia lactiflora Pall., and Folin-Ciocaheu method was used to determine the total phenolic contents (TPC). Results indicated that phenolic contents in the flower of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. were significant sources of antioxidants in terms of their antioxidant activities and total phenolic contents.
