摘要
采用常压溶液法合成了乙烯-丁烯共聚物,利用GC,13C NMR等方法研究了乙烯-丁烯共聚的反应过程和共聚物的组成。通过对连续相聚丙烯与橡胶相乙烯-丁烯共聚物折光指数的测定,探讨了连续相与橡胶相折光指数的匹配规律。实验结果表明,乙烯-丁烯共聚物中含己烷可溶物和不溶物两部分,随原料气中1-丁烯含量的增加,可溶物含量增加,聚合活性则先增大后减小。不溶物基本为聚乙烯,而可溶物是乙烯含量较低的橡胶态乙烯-丁烯共聚物。原料气中乙烯含量的最佳范围是10%~40%(x),在此范围内得到的产物以可溶物为主,且可溶物和不溶物的折光指数均能与聚丙烯连续相的折光指数匹配。
Ethylene-butylene copolymers were synthesized under normal pressure, and the polymerization process and properties of the ethylene-butylene copolymers were researched by means of GC and 13C NMR. With polypropylene as the continuous phase and the ethylene-butylene copolymer as the rubber phase, the refractive index matching law of the continuous phase and rubber phase was studied. The results indicated that, the ethylene-butylene copolymer consisted of hexane soluble fraction and unsoluble fraction. With the 1-butylene content in feed gas, the soluble fraction increased, and the polymerization activity firstly increased and then decreased. The soluble fractions in the products were the ethylene-butylene copolymers with low ethylene content and the unsoluble fractions were mostly polyethylene with low butylene content. The optimal ethylene content in the feed gas is in the range of 10%-40%(x), and the products are mostly soluble, in which the refractive indexes of the soluble fraction and unsoluble fraction can match the refractive index of the continuous phase.
