摘要
本文通过改变不同沉淀剂、不同晶化温度来研究合成镁铝水滑石最佳工艺条件。利用X射线衍射(XRD),红外光谱(IR)对产物的形貌、结构进行了表征。结果表明当采用双滴法、Na OH为沉淀剂、晶化温度在75℃能够得到结晶度较好,晶相单一,晶体结构一致的镁铝水滑石。
In this paper, the optimum conditions for the synthesis of Mg - A1 hydrotalcite were studied by chan- ging the different precipitants and different crystallization temperatures. The morphology and structure of the product were characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The results show that when the double- drop method was used, NaOH as the precipitating agent, the crystallization temperature was 75 ℃ and the Mg -Al hydrotalcite with good crystallinity and uniform crystal structure can be obtained.
