摘要
选用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解体系,用电热板和石墨消解仪对土壤样品进行消解处理,结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)-标准加入法对土壤样品中的铜进行分析。结果表明,两种设备消解的标准土壤样品精密度和准确度都较好,石墨消解的准确度稍高于电热板消解。
The study selected the "HCI+HNO3+HF+HClO4" digestion system, used the electric heating plate digestion and graphite digestion to digest soil samples, and determined the content of copper by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) with standard addition method. The results had high precision and accuracy of the soil samples digested by two heating equipment, and the accuracy of copper in soil by graphite digestion was little higher than electric heating plate digestion.
