摘要
目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗与护理效果。方法 126例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组患者采用纯西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用芪黄明目胶囊进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者中显效24例,有效36例,无效3例,总有效率为95.24%,对照组患者中显效20例,有效30例,无效13例,总有效率为79.37%,两组总有效率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在纯西药治疗的基础上采用芪黄明目胶囊治疗,同时避免疾病高危因素,并辅之以科学、有效的护理措施可确保临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate effect of clinical treatment and nursing for diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine alone for treatment, and the observation group received additional Qihuang Mingmu capsules to treatment in the control group. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had 24 excellent cases, 36 effective cases, and 3 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 95.24%. The control group had 20 excellent cases, 30 effective cases and 13 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 79.37%. The difference of total effective rate had statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of Qihuang Mingmu capsules on the basis of Western medicine therapy, avoiding high risk factors and combining with scientific and effective nursing measures, can guarantee clinical treatment effect.
