摘要
对我国公共图书馆第六次评估和2015年美国公共图书馆星级评价进行比较能够为我国公共图书馆评估工作的开展提供一定的借鉴和参考。中美都分级进行评估、重视服务绩效并体现以人为本,但在评估主体与流程、数据来源与评估周期、指标体系及侧重点的设置、分级评估的划分标准、评分步骤与指标权重、评估宗旨与评估定级上存在着差异。公共图书馆评估体系只有不断改进和完善才能引导我国公共图书馆向更加优质的服务迈进。
he comparison between the LJ index rating system in the United States in 2015 and the sixth national public library assessment in China can provide some useful insights for the deployment of evaluation systems in Chinese public libraries. The evaluation systems in both China and the United States adopt a multi-tier evaluation mechanism, pay great attention to service performances, and manifest as humanistic practices. They differ in their evaluation systems' subject and process, data source, evalu- ation cycle, index system, focus setting, tiers classification, index weight, evaluation purpose, and evaluation scoring. An ever-evolving and comprehensive evaluation system can guide Chinese public libraries to achieve better services.
