地佐辛注射液对全麻苏醒期躁动及疼痛的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析地佐辛注射液对全麻苏醒期患者躁动、疼痛的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年12月收治的80例全麻手术患者按照随机抽签法随机分为实验组(40例,结束手术前给予地佐辛注射液)和对照组(40例,结束前给予生理盐水),对比两组躁动以及疼痛情况。结果实验组患者全麻苏醒期躁动率(15.0%)低于对照组(37.5%),且实验组患者术后无疼痛率(85.0%)高于对照组(55.0%),实验组患者全麻苏醒期躁动、疼痛情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全麻手术患者结束手术前给予地佐辛注射液肌内注射,可有效降低患者全麻苏醒期躁动率,而且镇痛效果良好。 Objective To analysis to assist symplectic injection agitation in patients with general awakening period, the influence of pain. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 80 cases of patients with general anesthesia surgery according to the random draw method were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases, end before surgery to give to assist machine injection) and control group (40 cases, before the end of the given saline) in our hospital, compared two groups of turmoil and pain. Results the patients with general anesthesia Sue week agitation rate (15.0%) was significantly lower than the control group (37.5%), and the experimental group (85.0%) patients without postoperative pain rate is significantly higher than control group (55.0%), the experimental group patients with general anesthesia week Sue to stir, pain were significantly better than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion General anesthesia surgery patients before surgery to give to assist injection intramuscular injection, can effectively reduce the patients awakening period agitation rate, general anesthesia and analgesia effect is good.
