摘要
目的探讨前列腺癌内分泌治疗后患者长期生存情况及相关预后因素。方法收集我院行前列腺癌内分泌治疗的110例患者作为研究对象,随访1年以上,终止随访时间为2017年2月,回顾性分析其长期生存情况,并探讨预后影响因素。结果 110例研究对象有效随访102例(92.7%),明确死亡49例(44.5%),有效随访患者平均生存时长超出5年。分析前列腺癌内分泌治疗后影响预后的相关因素有是否发生骨转移。结论前列腺癌内分泌治疗后患者生存时间得到延长,分析得知关键影响预后的因素是是否发生骨转移。
Objective To investigate the long-term survival and prognostic factors in patients with prostate cancer after endocrine therapy. Methods 110 patients in our hospital underwent hormonal therapy for prostate cancer patients as the research object, more than 1 years of follow-up, follow-up time was terminated in February 2017, a retrospective analysis of the long- term survival, and to explore the factors influencing the prognosis. Results of the 110 patients, 102 cases were followed up （92.7%）, and 49 cases were died （44.5%）. The average survival time of the patients was longer than 5 years. The prognostic factors associated with endocrine therapy for prostate cancer are bone metastases. Conclusion The survival time of patients with prostate cancer after endocrine therapy was prolonged, and the key prognostic factors were bone metastasis.
