摘要
目的研究无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭93例患者依据治疗方案不同分组,其中对照组46例,给予扩张支气管平喘、止咳祛痰、抗感染等常规治疗;观察组47例,在对照组治疗方案基础上,联合实施无创呼吸机进行通气支持,评估患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者动脉血气分析指标改善效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者疗效显著,避免有创呼吸机通气对患者造成二次损伤及使用有创呼吸机引起呼吸机相关肺炎等并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type II respiratory failure. Methods 93 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type II respiratory failure admitted to our hospital were divided into groups according to the different treatment methods. 46 cases in the control group were given the expansion of bronchial asthma, cough expectorant, anti-infection and other conventional treatment. 47 cases in the observation group based on the control group of treatment programs, the joint implementation of noninvasive ventilator for ventilation support, to assess the treatment effect of patients. Results The improvement of arterial blood gas analysis in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator is effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type II respiratory failure. It avoids the secondary injury of patients with invasive ventilator ventilation and the complications such as ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by invasive ventilator.
