热采井套管热固耦合作用数值模拟分析 被引量:4

Numerical Simulation of Thermal-Stress Coupling in Casing of Thermal Recovery Wells

摘要 套管损坏是热采工艺中出现的主要问题之一,其主要影响因素是热力耦合作用。应用多物理场耦合数值模拟软件COMSOL Multiphysics对热采井套管的热固耦合问题进行了数值模拟,通过应力和温度的耦合计算,得到套管受力变形情况并分析结果。 Casing failure had been a serious problem in the process of thermal recovery and the main influencing factor is thermal-stress coupling. The thermal-stress coupling problem in casing of thermal recovery wells was studied by numerical simulation,based on the COMSOL Muhiphysics software. Through the coupling calculation of temperature field and stress field, the stress and deformation of casing were obtained, and the calculation results were analyzed.
