摘要
简要介绍了我国C_4烃的资源量、利用现状与发展情况,并概述了其主要来源与组成。对C_4烃中用途较为广泛的组分丁二烯、正丁烯、异丁烯、正丁烷、异丁烷的分离方法及国内外主要利用技术进行了详细的阐述,并介绍了其中一些较为先进的工艺技术。针对目前国内外C_4烃利用所面临的问题,尤其是国内C_4烃利用所遇到的技术难题与发展瓶颈,结合我国的市场与国情,提出了一些针对性的建议与期望,并对我国C_4烃的未来发展方向进行了相应的展望。
The resource amount,utilization status and development situation of C4 hydrocarbons in China are briefly reviewed,and the main sources and related compositions of C4 hydrocarbons are outlined. The separation methods and main utilization technologies at home and abroad for the C4 components with wider applications such as butadiene,nbutylene,i-butylene,n-butane and i-butane are discussed in details,some advanced processes and technologies of which are introduced. Given the problems met in the utilization of C4 hydrocarbon currently around the world,especially the technical difficulties and developing bottlenecks faced in China’s utilization of C4 hydrocarbon,together with China’s market and special situation,some related suggestions and expectations are proposed. In addition,the future development tendencies of C4 hydrocarbon in China are prospected correspondingly.
