摘要
酸洗钢板表面氯离子残余会降低其耐蚀性。通过湿热试验和分析化学研究了一种酰胺基脂肪酸(NEUF585)的质量浓度和温度对酸洗板表面氯离子的清洗效率的影响。实验表明,清洗效率随NEUF585的增加而增大,随温度的升高而增加。通过动电位极化曲线研究讨论了NEUF585在酸洗板表面的吸附行为。在3.5%NaCl溶液中,实验数据与Langmuir等温方程拟合结果相关系数接近于1,说明吸附过程为物理吸附。
Residual chlorine ions on pickling sheet surface can decrease the corrosion resistance of the pickling sheet. Influences of mass concentration and temperature of an amido fatty acid ( NEUF585 ) on cleaning performance for the residual chlorine ions on the pickling sheet were studied by damp-heat corrosion test and volumetric analysis. Results indicated that the cleaning efficiency increased with the in- creasing of NEUF585 and temperature. Adsorption behavior of the NEUF585 on the pickling sheet surface was deeply discussed through researching electrode potential polarization curves. In 3.5 % NaCI solution, the fitting result correlation coefficient of the experimental data and Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation was close to 1, which indicated that the adsorotion process was nhvsieal adsorntion.
