摘要 针对新一代天气雷达在业务运行中低仰角观测时经常出现的相邻径向交替变化的条状回波(称为"马赛克"现象)的数据质量问题,分析了产生该现象的原因,提出了改进天气雷达观测模式,在低仰角采用较低的双脉冲重复频率组合或随机相位编码技术的解决方案。介绍了双脉冲重复频率技术扩展测速范围以及随机相位编码技术退距离模糊的基本原理和实现方法,并在新一代天气雷达上开展了数据质量提升试验。通过比较多种适配参数组合下实际天气过程的观测结果,验证了之前的理论分析。 To deal with the stripe echo that variates alternately in neighbouring radials (called mosaic echo) at low elevation happening frequently in operational China New Generation Radar (CINRAD) , the underlying cause for the phenomena is analyzed. To solve this problem, it is proposed to improve radar observation mode by choosing lower DPRF or adopting random phase coding technique at low elevations. In addition, the basic principles and im-plementation methods of DPRF to lessen velocity ambiguity and random phase coding technique to eliminate range ambiguity are introduced. Moreover, to validate this assumption, a data quality improvement experiment is conduc-ted on an operational weather radar and comparisons are made for various configuration parameters in practical weather observation. Consequently, the observation results prove previous analysis.
