摘要
为了探究水平管降膜气液两相流的液膜铺展,在常温常压下,利用激光诱导荧光方法,对布液装置为单孔和三孔下的管外降膜流动进行了局部试验研究。通过高速摄像机拍摄,得到了液膜轴向铺展分布随Re的变化,以及三孔下形成的两液柱中心距、液柱之间最厚液膜位置随时间的波动。结果表明,在一定的Re范围内,液膜轴向铺展存在极限;液柱中心距随时间呈周期性变动;最厚液膜在两液柱中心位置略微左右移动,出现在中心位置的几率为30%。
By utilizing the laser induced fluorescence(LIF) method at normal temperature and pressure,falling film flow outside a horizontal tube on single and three holes of orifice configurations were experimentally studied locally to explore liquid film spread of horizontal tube falling film flow.Axial distribution of liquid film spread along with the change of Re,and change of center distance、thickest film location between two liquid column with time were obtained by a high speed camera.The experiment results show that liquid film axial spread exist extremity within a certain range of Re; liquid column center distance changed periodically over time; the thickest film location between two liquid column moved around slightly,which appeared in the center position is 30%.
