摘要 PLC与绝对值编码器、行车称重仪在宁钢轧钢旋流井10 t门式抓斗起重机上的应用,实现了自动探底功能,大幅度减少钢丝绳下降过多导致钢丝绳缠绕抓斗使钢丝绳断裂事故的发生;实现了自动沉抓功能,有效改善提升机构和开闭斗机构的配合关系及钢丝绳的使用寿命,降低了设备故障率和人工的劳动强度,并可大幅提高抓斗起重机的工作效率。同时结合现场近两年的使用、维护,阐述了使用效果与经验。 Application of PLC and absolute value encoder and crane weight cell in the 10 t gantry crane grab at Ningbo Steel realized automatic dipping function, greatly reduced wire rope break accident caused by rope twining grab due to excessive rope descending,achieved automatic sinking grab, effectively improved the coordination between the hoist mechanism and grab open and close mechanism as well as the service life of the wire rope,reduced equipment failure rate and labor intensity and significantly improved the operation efficiency of the crane. Application effect and experience are also presented based on two years of site use and maintenance.
