摘要
针对新能源发电并网造成需求侧电网电压波动的问题,一种基于胡克定律的新型智能电网技术——电气弹簧(ES)已被提出。系统阐述了电气弹簧的基本原理,归纳了已有的拓扑结构,分析了ES的相关控制方式,探讨了ES技术存在的缺陷,总结了该技术的发展趋势和研究方向。
To solve the problem of voltage fluctuation in the demand side of a power grid, a smart grid technique called electrical spring (ES) based on the Hookers law has been proposed. This paper explains the basic principle of the technique and summarizes the existing topological structures and control modes. Imperfections of the ES are pointed out, and the development trend and research topics are considered.
