摘要
为满足除鳞泵平稳地加、减速控制,实现除鳞系统安全、节能运行,研究了热轧除鳞智能节能控制技术。运用流体力学原理、工业智能化理论,结合生产轧制计划、道次计算、位置跟踪等相关数据,对除鳞系统供水量进行提前预测,并根据专家经验确定最佳变频转速;综合考虑了除鳞水需求量、提供量、管路压力、设定压力在控制过程中的导向作用,实现了对除鳞系统流量、压力的精确控制。
Descaling intelligent energy-saving is a technique that uses PLC, inverter, high volt-age motors, sensors and actuators in the process control. The system can achieve descaling pump smooth acceleration and safe descaling. By using fluid mechanics? production rolling plan, and through calculations and location tracking, water supply can be predicted in advance to achieve an optimal use of water. The expert experiences show that the system can acquire the best frequency conversion speed. The system takes into account the leading role of descaling water supply, demand pressure, and setting pressure to realize accurate control of the descaling system and pressure.
