摘要
目的在临床带教教学中,改进教学方法,将传统的授课带教改为及时病例分析学习(case-based learning,CBL)+多学科协作(multidisciplinary team,MDT)教学模式。方法选取60名进行CBL+MDT教学法教学的医学生与既往60名经传统教学的医学生进行比较。结果 CBL+MDT教学模式与传统教学模式相比,学生在问卷调查满意率、临床技能考核(除查体外)、毕业考试成绩方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL+MDT教学模式有利于提高医学生教学效果,学生普遍更倾向于该教学模式,该模式激发了学习的兴趣和主动性,有利于培养学生团队协作精神。
Objective To improve the teaching method and change the traditional teaching into the CBL+MDT model. Methods 60 cases of medical college students with CBL+MDT teaching and 60 cases of medical college students with tradi-tional teaching were compared. Results The satisfactory rate of questionnaires, clinical skill examination (in addition to health examination) and graduation examination score were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The CBL+MDT model is conducive to improving the teaching effect of medical students, and the students tend to this teaching model in common, which motivates the learning interest and initiative and contributes to culturing the team cooperationspirits of students.
