摘要
针对平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动多种接触线形成过程的可视化问题,分析了蜗杆副Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型的接触线及其形成原因。通过使用Matlab数值计算和图像处理功能,得到了在不同传动型式下蜗轮齿面上接触线形成的动画,其研究方法为今后蜗杆副齿面结构的研究提供了依据。理论上证实了环面蜗杆传动特点和蜕变点与多种接触线之间的关系,为进一步探究复杂的蜗轮齿面结构提供了理论指导。
For the visual problem of the contact lines on planar double-enveloping, the worm pairs I , II and III type contact line and their formation reasons are studied. By using the function of the Matlab numerical cal-culation and image processing, the animation of contact line formation process is gained under different trans-mission type on the worm gear tooth surface. The research method provides evidence to study the structure of the tooth surface on worm pairs. Theoretically it is proved the characteristics of the worm drive and the rela-tionship between the transformation point and a variety of contact line type. It provides the guidance to further explore complex the structure on worm gear.
