正交试验法优化疏络牵正丸中水溶性成分的提取工艺

摘要 目的优化疏络牵正丸中水溶性成分的提取工艺。方法以全蝎、僵蚕等药材中的总蛋白和总腺苷的含量为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,优选出疏络牵正丸水溶性成分的最佳提取工艺;结果水溶性成分最佳提取工艺为8倍生药量80℃水温浸提取三次,每次2 h。结论验证试验表明,该提取工艺稳定可行、重复性良好,为疏络牵正丸的工业化生产提供了依据。 Objective Optimization of the extraction process of water solubility components in the Shu!uoqianzheng Pill. Method The indexes of total protein content and the total adenosine in scorpion, silkworm and other medicinal materials, using the Lg(34)orthogonal test,optimizing the best extraction technology medicinal herbs water-soluble components of Shuluoqianzheng Pill.Results The best extraction process of water soluble components was 8 times of water, which was extracted by soaking at 80 ℃ for three times, each time 2 h. Conclusion The results show that the extraction process is stable, feasible and reproducible, to provide the basis for the industrial production of the Shuluoqianzheng Pill.
