组织多普勒超声显像技术评价冠心病左室舒张功能临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究组织多普勒超声显像技术(TDI)评价冠心病(CHD)左室舒张功能的临床价值。方法选取2013年9月~2015年11月在我院接受治疗的33例冠心病患者为观察组,选取同时期33例在我院健康体检者为对照组,均接受TDI检查,比较两组收缩期峰值速度(S)、舒张早期峰值速度(E)、舒张晚期峰值速度(A)、左室射血分数(EF)值、短轴缩短率(FS)值及E/A比值。结果观察组S、E、E/A、EF、FS值较对照组均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左室EF、FS值较对照组均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用TDI检测二尖瓣环运动频谱,可有效评价CHD患者左室舒张功能,具有临床推广意义。
