摘要 为研究日粮中添加不同比例黄芪对太行黑山羊生产性能的影响,选取80只日龄体质量相近的羊只,随机分成4组进行了为期60 d的饲养试验。结果表明,试验组与对照组相比,日增质量和屠宰率有提高趋势,料肉比有降低趋势;当日粮中黄芪添加量为1.5%,2.5%时,羊的空肠、回肠和十二指肠的肠壁厚、肠绒毛高和隐窝深显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05);当添加量为3.5%时,各水平变化不显著。综合考虑羊只对黄芪的耐受性和生产成本等因素,确定试验条件下黄芪的最适添加量为2.5%。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Radix Astragali supplemental level on performance of Taihang black goat. The experiment used Taihang black goat as research object, 80 Taihang black goat with the similar body weight and age were randomly assigned to 4 groups, the experiment lasted for 60 days. Four treatment groups were fed the diets concluded different levels of Radix Astragali(0, 1.5%, 2.5% and 3.5%, respectively). The experiment results showed that compared with the control group, the daily gain and slaughter rate of the experiment group had the higher trends, the feed/gain rate had the decreasing trend. When the Radix Astragali supplemental level was 1.5%, 2.5%, the thickness of jejunum, ileum and duodenum, the intestinal villus height, and the crypt depth of experiment groups were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). When the Radix Astragali supplemental level was3.5%, the different levels had no significantly difference. Considering the tolerance of the goats, cost of production, and so on, the better supplemental level of Radix Astragali was 2.5% under this experient condition.
