摘要
当前,作物氮肥利用率偏低,氮肥的过量施用带来了经济、环境问题,除了传统农艺措施,可以通过充分挖掘作物自身的潜力来实现氮肥高效利用。总结了目前作物氮素高效利用的研究进展,介绍了不同的氮效率评价指标。就同氮效率密切相关的硝态氮转运蛋白、铵态氮转运蛋白、根系特性以及氮同化关键酶因素,从氮的吸收以及同化2个方面对已取得的研究成果进行了综述,并对其进行了研究展望。
Currently, nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)for crop production is at a relatively low level, and an improvement in crop NUE is desirable for reducing the environmental contamination and economic losses associated with excessive inputs of Nfertilizers. In addition to the traditional N regimes, promoted NUE can be realized by discovering hereditary potentialities of the crop itself. This paper summarized recent progress in increasing NUE for crop production, and introduced variable definitions to quantify the components of NUE. Factors that may be associated with high crop NUE including nitrate transporters and ammonium transporters, together with root properties and N assimilation-associated enzymes were discussed. Moreover, the prospects in future study were put forward.
