摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken组合设计和响应曲面分析法优化牛樟芝(Antrodia camphorata)固态发酵产安卓奎诺尔的发酵工艺条件。响应面分析结果表明,牛樟芝中安卓奎诺尔最佳提取条件为:提取温度26.48℃,料液比1∶25.3,超声时间27.95 min。此条件下的验证试验表明,安卓奎诺尔的产量为283.24mg·kg^(-1),与理论值基本吻合。
Based on the results of single factor analysis method, a Box-Behnken factorial design of three level was employed combining with response surface methodology (RSM) to optimize the extraction process conditions of Antrodia camphorate for producing antroquinonol. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: extraction temperature 26.48℃, solid liquid ratio 1:25.3, ultrasonic time 27.95 rain. Verification test demonstrated that the average yield of antroquinonol was 283.24 mg.kg^-1, similar to theoretical value of 295.97 mg.kg^-1.
