摘要
对核电站稳压器喷雾阀的核级气动执行机构进行了研究,分析了执行机构的工作原理及控制反馈过程,对性能特性进行了测试。该执行机构为90°角行程,全行程运行时间在5 s内,在开启位置时实际力矩值大于理论力矩值(192 N·m),在关闭位置时实际力矩值大于理论力矩值(215 N·m),可见该执行机构全行程运行时间短,输出力矩稳定。
Based on the study of the nuclear-level pneumatic actuator of the regulator spray valve in nuclear power plant, the working principle and control feedbaek process of the actuator was analyzed and the performanee characteristics were tested. The actuator with 90° angular travel needs a runtime of less than 5 s for full travel. The actual torque value is greater than the theoretical torque value ( 192 N ·m) in the open position, the actual torque value is greater than the theoretical torque value (215 N-m) in the close position, and it can be seen that actuator's runtime for full travel is short with stable output torque.
