摘要
目的构建适合我国国情的ICU获得性衰弱集束化干预策略,为ICU获得性衰弱患者的护理提供可参考的依据。方法采用循证的方法进行数据检索、文献筛选及质量评价,拟定ICU获得性衰弱集束化干预策略,运用德尔菲法对25名危重症领域专家进行2轮咨询。结果构建了包括6条Ⅰ级指标、21条Ⅱ级指标、16条Ⅲ级指标、7条Ⅳ级指标的ICU获得性衰弱集束化干预策略。2轮专家咨询的有效回收率分别为84%和95%,专家权威系数为0.88和0.90,变异系数范围在0.00~0.24,协调系数为0.193~0.332,P<0.01。结论基于循证构建的ICU获得性衰弱集束化干预策略结果可靠,参与咨询的研究专家代表性强,积极性高,权威程度和协调程度好。
Objective To establish a bundle of ICU-acquired weakness intervention strategies suitable for China＇s na- tional conditions, in order to provide reference for clinical ICU-acquired weakness patient.Methods Using the evi- dence-based methods to data retrieval, literature screening and quality evaluation, drawing up the ICU-acquired weakness in- tervention strategies, and then using the Delphi technique to do the two rounds of consultation for 25 critical care experts. Results The constructed strategies were incorporated 6 first grade indexes,21 second grade indexes, 16 third grade indexes and 7 forth grade indexes.The response rate of two rounds＇ questionnaire was 84% and 95%;the expert authority score was 0.88 and 0.90;the coefficient of variation （CV） was range in 0.00-0.24;the harmonious coefficient （IV） was 0.193-0.332, P〈0.01 .Conclusions The preliminarily established intervention strategies of ICU-acquired weakness was reliable, and could provide some degree guidance for clinical nursing.
