摘要 风电机组运行状态监测对于机组长周期运转具有重要意义。现今在风机状态监测中应用最为广泛的方法是测量风机机械旋转部件产生的振动信号。风机旋转部件如齿轮和轴承一般通过润滑油液脂润滑,保证润滑剂的状态对风机的维护至关重要。其中,轴承故障大多是由于使用了不合适的或者不可靠的润滑油脂引起的,保持润滑油脂的状态能够避免很多轴承故障的发生。论文针对润滑油脂状态离线和在线监测方法进行系统回顾,分析了现有的若干种在学术界和工业上运用的监测方法和手段,比较利弊,并分析了在线监测方法的优点。最后指出,在线监测方法是一种发展趋势,但还需要对其准确性和可靠性进行更多研究。 Condition monitoring is essential to ensure the long-term operation of wind turbines. Vibration based technique is one of the most widely used methods in the condition monitoring. The rotational components of wind turbines such as gears and bearings are lubricated by lubrication oil and grease, whose qualities and conditions play an important role in the maintenance. Most of the bearing defects are due to the usage of improper and unreliable grease. Maintenance actions based on grease conditions can even protect bearings from potential defects. This paper reviews and compares different methods on monitoring grease conditionsboth in academic researches and in industrial applications. Among of these different methods, online methods have great advantages and potential, however it needs more research on studying their accuracies and reliabilities.
