According to the development of electric power enterprises,it is an important guarantee for the stable development of enterprises to pay attention to the maintenance and management of old and new customer relationships.Therefore,to have a more comprehensive understanding on customer relationship management in the new situation can better improve the service level of power enterprises,and ultimately promote the long-term development of China’ s power industry.
