Optimization of Squeeze Extraction of Polysaccharide Extraction Technology from Stevia rebaudiana by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为优化甜菊糖萃取工艺,以甜叶菊干叶为材料,采取压榨萃取法萃取甜菊糖,讨论了压榨萃取次数、萃取时间、萃取温度和料液质量比对甜菊糖萃取得率的影响。利用单因素和响应面法确定最佳萃取工艺条件为:压榨萃取次数4次,萃取时间56 min,萃取温度60℃,料液质量比1︰26。在此条件下,甜菊糖萃取率可达104.32%。 In order to optimize the squeeze extraction of polysaccharide extraction technology from Stevia rebaudiana, the squeeze times, extraction time extraction temperature and the ratio of liquid to material were studied, respectively. The single factor extraction tests and response surface methodology were applied to determine the optimum technological condition. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions ofpolysaccharides were as followings: the extraction time was 4, squeeze time was 56 min, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the ratio of liquid extraction to material was 1 : 26. Under such conditions, the extraction rate is up to 104.32%.
