摘要 在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化微波辅助提取茄子皮中的花青素.确定的最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度48.75%,料液比1:40.83,微波处理时间4.03min,此时茄子皮中花青素的提取率达到0.7491%.花青素提取率验证值为0.7475%,与理论值的误差为0.0016%,花青素提取率响应方程的回归分析和验证试验表明此方法合理可行. On the basis of single factor experiment, the microwave--assisted extraction of proanthocyani- din from eggplant peel was optimized using response surface methodolog, the response surface methodolo- gy was optimized. And the optimal extraction conditions were. the ethanol concentration 48.75%, ratio of solid to liquid 1.40.83, microwave processing time 4.03min, The yield of proanthocyanidin could be up to 0. 7491% under the optimal extraction condition. Proanthocyanidin extraction rate verification value is 0. 7475%, and the theoretical value of the error is 0. 0016%, Regression analysis of response equation and verification test of extraction yield of proanthocyanidin showed that these methods were reasonable and feasible.
