摘要
基层农业干部泛指在基层农业系统从事与农业相关的管理工作或直接从事农业生产技术工作的国家干部。近年来,党和政府不断加大对农业干部的培训工作力度,但培训效果差异较大。以南京农业大学继续教育学院2014年以来所承担的苏中地区农业干部培训项目为基础,利用SPSS统计分析,采用多维度–多归因量表(MMCS)设计调查问卷,获取相关数据,通过归因方式对农业干部培训效果及其影响因素进行分析研究,提出改善的建议,为今后设计和开展类似培训项目提供指导。
Agricultural cadres at grassroots level refer to those cadres or rural public servants whose responsi- bility in the local agricultural related agencies or government offices is related to the agricultural management or agri-science extension or agricultural production. Recent years witnessed the state's increased input in the in- service training of those cadres, but also some problems in the training. Taking the agricultural cadres training project of the Central Jiangsu Province at the Continuing Education College of NAU for example, the in-service training effects and their influencing factors were analyzed with SPSS, MMCS questionnaires and attribution methods, so that some guidance and suggestions were offered for the improvement of the effect and the design of future projects.
