摘要 加强对行为失范学生教育是高校学生教育和管理工作的重点。教育和管理文章以A学生为例,运用萨提亚模式冰山理论、自我的曼陀罗理论探析行为失范学生的内心世界,了解他们内心的期待、渴望和自我,发现自己丰富的内部资源,与自我的生命力联结,提升自我价值,重建自尊;运用萨提亚表里一致的沟通技术、改变技术,与行为失范学生建立和谐融洽的关系,矫正失范行为,促进心灵成长。 To strengthen the anomie of student education is the focus of the education and management of college students. In this paper, it will take A students as an example, by using Satir model Iceberg Theory and Self Mondale theory to analyze the inner world of the College Students 'anomie, and it will let us know what they expect, desire and self, discover their own rich internal resources, connect with the vitality of the ego, and enhance self-worth and rebuild self-esteem. We put forward such suggestions as using appearance tally with one's inner mind's communication technology and change technology, establishing a harmonious relationship with behavior anomie students and correcting anomie behavior, promote spiritual growth.
