摘要
本文就民营企业在生产经营和工厂管理中存在的一些"认识误区"提出了自己的看法和探讨性意见。如仅就企业效益而言,废品率并非越低越好,出品率也并非越高越好;设备自动化程度越高,人工成本越低;有效人工成本越高,综合成本越低等。对消失模的关键工序—涂料,也提出了适用于民营企业的工艺模式。同时对成本控制,质量管理和工厂管理也提出了一些建议。
The article presents some advice to the production and factory management of private enterprise EPC factory.In terms of enterprise revenue,the rejection rate is not the lower the better,the product yield is not the higher the better.And the higher the degree of automation,the lower the labor costs.The higher effective labor cost,the lower the comprehensive cost.The author puts forward the best coating method suitable for the private enterprise and some quality and factory management advices to the cost control.
