摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合达芙通对更年期综合征患者血清雌二醇及子宫内膜厚度的影响.方法选取我院2015年3月至2016年9月收治的更年期综合征患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组采用戌酸雌二醇治疗,观察组采用达芙通联合坤泰胶囊治疗.比较两组Kupperman评分（K评分）、血清雌二醇水平及子宫内膜厚度.结果治疗后两组K评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组总有效率（80.00%）低于观察组（93.33%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组子宫内膜厚度高于观察组,血清雌二醇水平低于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论达芙通联合坤泰胶囊对更年期综合征患者疗效显著,能明显提高血清雌二醇水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of Dupbaston combined with kuntai capsule on serum estradiol and endometrial thickness in patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with climacteric syndrome in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate, while the observation group was treated with dupbaston combined with kuntai capsule. The Kupperman score （K score）, serum estradiol level and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups. Results The K scores of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the total efficiency of the control group （80.00%） was lower than 93.33% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the endometrial thickness of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, the serum estradiol level was lower than that of the observation group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Dupbaston combined with kuntai capsule has significant effect on climacteric syndrome patients, it can significantly improve the level of serum estradiol and reduce the thickness of endometrium, which is worthy of clinical use.
