摘要 药物合成反应是制药工程专业一门实践性很强的专业核心课程,对制药工程人才的培养及我国制药产业的发展具有重要的作用和意义.该文针对目前药物合成反应实验课程中存在的一些不足和问题,遵循绿色化学可持续发展理念,结合专业特色,从教学内容、教学方式、实验类型及评价体系等方面对该课程的教学改革进行探究,以期提高教学质量,培养高素质的制药工程专业性人才. Experimental drug synthesis reactions, a strong professional core course in pharmaceutical engi-neering, is of great significance in the personnel training in pharmaceutical engineering and the develop-ment of the pharmaceutical industry in China. According to the pitfalls and issues present in experimental drug synthesis reactions, this paper is trying to follow the principles of sustainable development in green chemistry, combine the specialty characteristics and make a preliminary research on the teaching reform of experimental drug synthetic reactions in respects of teaching contents, teaching methods, experimental types and evaluation systems. As a result, it aims to improve the teaching quality and train creative and high-quality talents of pharmaceutical engineering.
