摘要
教育事业的发展、社会的进步、幼儿的成长以及高校自身发展都需要本科院校学前教育专业以培养卓越教师作为自身价值目标追求,注重师范生职业适应性和发展性培养,具体而言是师范生职业精神、实践能力、研究能力等多方面的提升,本科院校学前教育专业应该以卓越幼儿园教师为人才培养目标,建立"高校-政府-幼儿园"三位一体育人模式,实施双导师制,在实践教学、课程设置、教学方法、师资队伍建设和教学评价等方面进行改革,不断探索有效人才培养举措。
Taking the training of skilled teacher in the major of preschool education as the value orientation of colleges and universities is of great significanee to the development of education cause, the progress of the society, the growth of children as well as the development of eolleges and universities themselves. Thus, in colleges and universities, special stress should be laid on the professional adaptation and development. Specifically speaking, preschool teachers' ability should be promoted in an all --round way, including their professional spirit, practice ability and research ability. Colleges and universities should take skilled teacher training as the center of preschool education major, build a teaching mode based on the cooperation among colleges, government and kindergarten, have dual--tutors system for the students, deepen reform in practical teaching, curriculum, teaching method, teaching staff construction, teaching assessment and many other aspects, and constantly explore effective ways of talent training.
