摘要
以天然矾土原料为改质剂引入转炉钢渣中,研究了不同矾土添加量对MgO饱和溶解、转炉钢渣碱度及半球点温度的影响。随矾土加入量的增加,MgO饱和溶解度没有发生明显改变,转炉钢渣的碱度逐渐下降,而半球点温度呈现出先降低后升高的趋势。
The effects of bauxite content on the saturated solubility of MgO, basicity and hemisphere point temperature of BOF slag have been investigated by using bauxite and BOF slag as the starting materials. With the increase of bauxite content, the saturated solubility of MgO showed no significant change, the slag basicity decreased, and the hemisphere point temperature showed the trend which first decreased and then increased.
