摘要
目的:探索标准化患者的培训对在校医学生临床能力的影响。方法:2015年9月-2016年5月收集60名2014级临床医学班中成绩中等的在校医学生为观察对象,按照随机数字表法化分为两组,每组30名。对照组和观察组分别实施传统教学模式和标准化患者培训教学法,观察效果。结果:观察组学生语言表达能力、疾病诊断能力、应变能力、沟通能力、满意率、健康教育能力、治疗能力、临床思维能力、技能操作评分、理论知识评分均高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化患者培训法应用于在校医学生中,能够提高医学生临床判断能力和沟通能力。
Objective: To explore the effect of standardized patient training for medical students in clinical ability.Method: A total of 60 cases with 2014 grade clinical medicine class in middle grades in medical students to explore the objects from September 2015 to May 2016, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the observation group was given the standardized patient training teaching, and the control group was given the traditional teaching, the effects of two groups were compared.Result: The students' language power of expression, diagnosis ability, strain capacity, communication skills, ability, health education, treatment satisfaction, clinical thinking ability, skills, operation evaluation, theoretical knowledge score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The standardized patient training method applied in medical students, can improve the clinical judgment ability and communication ability of medical students.
