摘要
以吉林省延吉市某高层框架剪力墙结构工程为例,对高层建筑中超长钢筋混凝土结构的后浇带设计与施工问题进行了探讨,结合设计计算及施工关键控制点,深化了施工工艺流程及加强技术措施。经工程验证,其施工质量符合现行规范验收标准,不仅有效地治理了施工质量通病,而且取得了良好的经济与社会效益。
Taking a high-rise frame-shear wall structure engineering as an example in Yanji, Jilin, this paper discusses the problem about the design and construction of the late-poured band in the super long reinforced concrete structure of the high-rise buildings. Combined with the design calculation and the construction control key points, deepens the construction process and the strengthening technical measures. According to the engineering verification, the construction quality meets the acceptance criteria in the present standard, effectively manages the construction quality problems, also achieves good economic and social benefits.
