摘要 研究了沸水不同蒸煮处理时间对秦巴山区初生和再生栓皮栎软木的微观结构、物理特性和表面色度学参数的影响。结果表明,沸水蒸煮可使栓皮栎软木细胞膨胀、细胞壁褶皱减少。在试验范围内,沸水蒸煮可使栓皮栎软木体积增大、密度降低,初生和再生软木体积膨胀率分别为15.4%17.1%和24.8%26.8%,密度变化比值均小于1。不同时间沸水蒸煮处理后,初生和再生软木的径向尺寸变化明显大于轴向和弦向。与未处理软木相比,沸水蒸煮可降低软木硬度和压缩回弹率,蒸煮处理1h后,初生和再生软木压力释放24h后的压缩回弹率分别为85.20%和84.23%,硬度变化比值分别为0.804和0.724。沸水蒸煮后软木表面明度降低,蒸煮前后的总体综合色差随着蒸煮时间的延长而增大。 The original and reproduced cork samples from Quercus variabilis were collected from the Qinba Mountain in Shaanxi Province, China. Cell structural features, principal physical properties and colorimetric parameters of the corks were investigated before and after boiling water treatment in order to explore the influences of boiling water treatment on the original and reproduced corks. The microscopic structures of the original and reproduced corks were observed by using the field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), and the characteristic parameters of the cork cells were analyzed with the software of Image-Pro Plus 6.0. The main physical properties, such as density, hardness, compression resilience ration and colorimetric parameters were measured by the techniques based on the rel- evant national and industrial standards and literatures. All parameters were measured before and after the boiling water treatment. The results of FE-SEM observation showed that the boiling water treatment could result in attenuation of cell-wall corrugation and cork cell expansion. The boiling water treatment led to volume expansion and density reduction of the corks from Q. variabilis. The volume growth ranges of original and reproduced corks were 15.4%-17.1% and 24. 8%-26. 8%, respectively. The density change ratios of the original and reproduced corks were 0. 85-0. 88 and 0. 79-0. 80, respectively. The maximum volume expansion occurred when the samples were treated for 1 h. The boil- ing water treatment caused a reduction of hardness, while the change ratio of hardness was not affected by processing time. The mean hardness change ratios of the original and reproduced corks were 0. 804 and 0. 724, respectively, after 1 h boiling. In addition, the boiling water treatment caused brightness reduction of the samples, and the color difference increased with the increase of processing time. The cork had excellent compression recovery performance, and the mean radial compression resilience ratios of the original and reproduced corks after 24 h pressure relief were 88.42% and 90.82%, respectively. However, the influence of boiling water on the recovery performance still needs further studies.
