摘要
针对市场上所使用的各种大型破碎机锤头,存在硬度低、强韧性和耐磨性差,使用寿命短,以及国外进口锤头多数都含有价格昂贵的钼、镍等合金元素,生产成本高等不足,开发成功了强韧性高和耐磨性好的复合锤头,复合锤头的锤端为高碳高铬铸铁,碳化物体积分数为42%~48%,具有高硬度和优良的强韧性和耐磨性,硬度在65 HRC以上,抗弯强度大于500 MPa,冲击韧度在5.5 J/cm^2以上。复合锤头以铬、硼为主要合金元素,不加价格昂贵的钼、镍等合金元素,并取消高温热处理,其寿命比高锰钢锤头提高5倍以上。
Aimed at the deficiency of low hardness, toughness and wear resistance, short service life of large crusher and higher production cost because of containing molybdenum and nickel expensive alloy elements, Imported hammer, a composite hammer with high toughness and good wear resistance was successfully develop. The hammer end of the composite hammer is high carbon high chromium cast iron, the volume fraction of its carbide is 42 % ~ 48%, with high hardness and excellent toughness and wear resistance, the hardness is above 65 HRC, the bending strength is greater than 500 MPa, the impact toughness is above 5.5 J/cm^2. Chromium and boron are the main alloy elements in composite hammer, without the addition of molybdenum, nickel expensive alloy elements. Its service life is increased by 5 times than that of high manganese steel.
