飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术的优越性分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:对飞秒激光辅助超声乳化手术相较与传统的扭动超声乳化白内障手术的优越性进行综述。方法:对国内外发表过的关于飞秒激光辅助下白内障超声乳化手术相关的多篇研究进展及论文进行综合性整理及分析。结果:飞秒激光完成白内障手术中切口制作、前囊膜切开、晶状体切削、加或不加角膜缘松解等步骤,减少了人工手术中的不确定性因素,使白内障手术更加精准,安全性更高,使术中及术后并发症均减少。结论:飞秒激光辅助下的白内障手术较传统超声乳化白内障手术有明显的优越性,即将成为当今白内障手术的主流。 Objective: To review the advantages of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery over the conventional phacoemul- sification cataract surgery. Methods.. To systemize and analysis the articles and advances in the femtosecond laser-assisted cata- ract surgery. Results: The femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery completes some procedures like corneal Incision, capsu- lotomy, nucleus fragmentation, with or without astigmatic keratotomy. These procedures make the cataract surgery more pre- ciser and more safer,and reduce the complications in or after the surgery. Conclusion: The femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery got a lot of advantages over the conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery, thus, the femtosecond cataract sur- gery could be the trend of development.
