摘要
民族地区职业教育承担着民族文化传承人才培养的重要职能,职业学校通过创新人才培养模式、推行现代学徒制、对接区域文化产业打造民族特色专业等策略,形成培养民族文化传承人才的新模式。广西立项一批中职示范特色校,实施职业教育民族文化传承创新工程,以民族文化传承创新职业教育基地建设为抓手,以民族特色项目建设为依托,在民族文化传承、民族人才培养上进行实践探索。
The vocational education in ethnic areas is responsible for the important functions of cultivating talents of national culture inheritance. The vocational schools strive to form a new model for cultivating talents of national culture by innovating talent training model, implementing the modern apprenticeship, and combing with regional cultural industries to build the specialties with national characteristics. Guangxi establishes a number of secondary vocational and technical demonstration characteristics schools, implements vocational education national cultural inheritance innovative project, takes the construction of innovative vocational education base for national cultural inheritance as the point of penetration, regard the construction of the national characteristics project as the basis, to explore and practice the national cultural heritage and the national talent cultivation.
