摘要
本文提出了一种基于双波长紫外光谱快速测定市售聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)湿强剂的有效固含量的新方法。研究表明PAE在314nm波长处有明显的特征吸收峰,并且其吸光度与浓度呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.999)。其光谱法检测的主要干扰是合成的副产物3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(MCPD)。根据314nm和378nm是MCPD的等吸收波长,通过双波长光谱法测定,可推导出消除MCPD在314nm处干扰的PAE计算公式。结果表明:该方法重现性测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.5%,PAE有效固含量的检测下限为:0.0047%,与传统称量法所测结果相比,具有更高的准确性及可靠性,因此很适合用于市售PAE溶液中有效固含量的检测。
The present paper reports a novel method for the rapid determination of effective solid content in commer- cial polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin (PAE) resin wet- strength agent, based on dual- wavelength UV spec- tral measurement. Experimental investigation showed that there is an obvious absorption peak at the wavelength of 314 nm, which is linearly proportional to the concentrations of PAE (R2 = 0. 999). The major interference of spec- tral determination is the by - product 3 - chloro - 1,2 - propanediol (MCPD) during the synthetic process. Ac- cording to the equal absorption wavelength of MCPD at 314 nm and 378 nm, the formulas of PAE after eliminating the interference of MCPD at 314ran can be concluded by means of dual - wavelength method. The results showed that the present method has the maximal relative standard deviation of 0.5% , the quantitative detection limit of PAE effective solid content of 0. 0047%. Compared with the traditional weighing method, this method has a higher precision and stability. Therefore, it is very suitable for determination of the effective solid content in commercial PAE resin.
