摘要
目的探讨案例为基础的学习结合学生角色扮演教学法在妇产科临床见习中的应用。方法以某医科大学附属医院临床医学专业2012级和2013级五年、七年制见习期的学生各85名为研究对象,针对同一教学内容,分别采用传统教学法和CBL结合学生角色扮演教学法进行妇产科临床见习的教学,并对教学效果进行主观和客观评价。结果 2013级五年、七年制学生客观试题成绩(88.7±5.0分和87.9±5.1分),均明显优于2012级五、七年制学生成绩(85.5±4.9分和83.5±4.8分),P<0.05,主观调查评价也较2012级五年、七年制学生高,P<0.05。结论 CBL结合学生角色扮演教学法可提高学生综合素质,与传统教学法相比,更能调动学生学习的主观能动性,提高教学效果。
Objectives To explore the application of the teaching method of case-based learning (CBL) combined with Students' role-play in the clinical teaching in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Methods The probationary students from grade 2012 and 2013 majoring in clinical medicine, with 5 years schooling and 7 years schooling, were recruited from one Medical University affiliated hospital. A total of 170 students finished our study, including 85 students from grade 2012, and 85 students from grade 2013. The students were taught through the traditional teaching method, and the teaching method of CBL combined with students' role-play for the same teaching contents The teaching effect were evaluated by objective and subjective tests. Results The students from grade 2013, both 5 years schooling and 7 years schooling, got higher scores in the objective test than the students from grade 2012 (88.7 ± 5.0 and 87.9 ± 5.1 vs 85.5 ± 4. 9 and 83.5 ±4. 8, P〈0. 05). And The 2013 won better comments than the 2012 in the subjective test (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Compared to the traditional teaching method, CBL combined with students' role-play would better enhance students' comprehensive quality, motive the students better and then improve the teaching effect.
