摘要
斜拉索的防护质量极大地影响斜拉桥的使用寿命以及桥梁的行车安全。针对郧县汉江大桥斜拉索PVF氟化膜胶带缠包方法进行探讨,优化施工工艺,并对现有缠包设备进行改进,提高施工质量。实践证明:所改进的缠包机结构安全可靠;PVF氟化膜胶带从下往上缠绕,重叠率50%,后缠部分覆盖先缠部分的缠包方法,可以有效地避免水分渗入PVF氟化膜胶带,改善PVF氟化膜胶带缠包质量。
This paper discussed a bridge cable PVF fluoride membrane adhesive tape wrapping method, optimized the construction technology, improved the existing wrapping package equipment and the construction quality. The practice proved that the improved wrapping package structure was safe and reliable, which effectively avoided moisture infiltrating into PVF fluoride membrane adhesive tape and improved the quality of PVF fluoride membrane wrapping.
